These messages are also known as ROBO or IVB (Interactive Voice Broadcast) calls. These calls are generally twenty to thirty seconds long; the length most answering machines will accept. They are not polls since no questions are asked – although Opinion Factor’s IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system can be used to conduct automated touch-tone response polls and voter ID.
