Our Call Center

In addition to the Opinion Factor team of experienced and highly dedicated employees, one of the most important resources we offer to our clients is our premiere data collection and production facility.



It is from this Murray, Utah call facility that all of our projects are produced, programmed and managed.

Opinion Factor’s Data Collection Infrastructure is operated on Voxco’s Interviewer™ Suite. Interviewer Suite is a comprehensive system for creating and managing telephone (CATI) and online data collection- including all kinds of mixed mode pone/web survey campaigns.

Opinion Factor’s Call center platform is fully integrated with our PRONTO™ Telephony server, enabling powerful predictive dialing support, without compromising any of the quality or features available in a traditional call center.

Clients can arrange live or recorded monitoring of the interviewers anytime during fielding.

All of our interviewing staff is fully trained before being allowed to work on any study. This training includes.

  • Probing on Open-ended questions
Our Call center facility is uniquely designed in several quiet, bright and spacious "Mini-Centers" like the one pictured. These smaller suites - up to 25 interviewer stations each - are designed for background noise reduction and for optimal interviewer supervision and monitoring.



The Mini-Center allows for teams of interviewers to be focused on one particular study in a separate call center suite without distraction. Each ergonomically designed interviewer workstation is equipped with a Dell Dimension E520 desktop computer running Windows XP-pro with an energy-efficient flat panel display. Interviewers are assigned high quality noise reducing telephone headsets for efficient two-hands-free keyboard and mouse access.

Facility design and a pleasant work environment is a key factor in allowing us to recruit and retain some of the best interviewers available. Interviewers prefer to work in our more intimate work environment versus a "Warehouse" type call center. Experienced interviewers deliver results and being able to attract the best interviewers translates directly to our end-clients' data quality.
