Quick and Easy Robo Call Setup

1. Email us at info@OpinionFactor.com with the following:
• Send your List (excel, csv or text format is fine)
• Send your full contact information and billing contact
• Send the Caller ID number that the system will display
• Send the time and date for your calling start/stop schedule
2. Send us your recording – or self record:

Opinion Factor can conduct message delivery using a client’s pre-recorded wav or mp3 file (which we receive by email) or a client may record a message using the Opinion Factor’s touch-tone telephone accessible Self Service Recording System.

Here are the Self Service Recording System instructions:

From any touch-tone phone Call: 1-801-892-1048

Follow the prompting instructions:
1. Record your message
2. Hit “1” to replay or “2” to re-record and then “#” to Approve and Submit your recording.
3. Send an email to info@OpinionFactor.com to let us know the date and approximate time you submitted your recording and we will retrieve the message for programming into our system.
4. If you change your mind, you may repeat the above instructions by dialing in again and recording a new message. If you do, please be sure to email or call us immediately so we can re-program your broadcast project.
3. We will send you a project invoice and you can pre-pay by credit card or by check.
